We deliver to all UK addresses. Parcels are delivered via a next day courier service (DPD) and are normally dispatched within two working days.

Levitex International Delivery
Good news! We now deliver our gravity defying sleeping surfaces worldwide. Parcels are dispatched via a courier service (DPD or DHL, depending on the destination country), but please note that they may be passed on to a local courier for delivery. You will be able to use the DPD or DHL tracking number to track your parcel once your order is dispatched.

Customs Information
Please note that you’re responsible for any customs charges or duties shall they be charged. Whether you incur any customs charges or duties is dependent on where you live, and unfortunately we have no control over this. If you’d like an idea of these, we’ve found this calculator to be quite accurate (please change the origin country to the UK and the destination to wherever you are).
Pillow Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please give us a chance to make it right first. You can get in touch via hello@levitex.co.uk and we will always aim to get back to you as soon as (humanly) possible.
We are changing your sleep posture, and this may take some getting used to. We recommend that you give our products a try for at least two weeks before deciding whether you love them (and we are sure you will).
If you decide to return your order, please post it back within 44 days (we offer a 44 day trial period) in its original packaging, to us at:

Non-UK customers are responsible for the cost of their own return.
Please note that we will only accept returns within the 44 day period from the point of purchase.
Pillows must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition without any damage, blemishes or stains. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pillows if they do not meet the outlined criteria.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
USA Returns
If you decide to return your order and you are based within the USA, please post it back within 44 days, with a note that specifies your order number, your email address, shipping address, item name (found on your order confirmation) and the return reason to us at our USA returns only address.

We’ve looked for a solution to make returns affordable for you after hearing horror stories of customers being charged $60 with USPS and $10 returns is currently the best option that allows us to provide you with a returns service without increasing prices.

Mattress Returns
We are delighted to now be able to offer a 44 night mattress trial to our mainland UK customers.
If you purchase a Levitex mattress and find you don’t love it, we will pick it up and refund you, but please note that we only allow return requests to be made after you’ve slept on the mattress for 30 nights. This is so that your body has a chance to get used to the new sleeping surface.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-mainland UK customers, and so we don’t accept returns from outside the mainland UK.

Mattress Topper Returns
We are delighted to now be able to offer a 44 night topper trial to our UK customers.
If you purchase a Levitex topper and find you don’t love it, we will accept it for a full refund, but please note that we only allow return requests to be made after you’ve slept on the topper for 30 nights. This is so that your body has a chance to get used to the new sleeping surface.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-UK customers. We will still accept returns from outside of the UK, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping.
